today is the first day of orientation @ NYP. by the time i reached there, it was 8.15am. when i went up to the atrium, there's super long queue which leads to the auditorium where i've to assemble. i tried to ask the ogls and they said i've to queue up to know which is my class. finally they said we dont have to waste time and we just have to ask our ogls and we'll find out our classes. what the hell! i believe the ppl in front me had queued up at least 45 mins b4 they know that they actually queued up for nothing. :( my class is BM0612. i find the class very nice to get along with. the orientation starts by having some boring talks by the director of School of Business Managment and followed by the librarian and the counsellor. i fall asleep in one of the prep talks. fortunately i wasn't caught. phew! afterwhich we proceeded to the north canteen which is very much further frm the auditorium. the lunch totally sucks! my friend didn't even touch the food at all. we've lunch till 1 b4 we went and played games lyk Wacko, Animal game and Island game. during the Wacko game, instead of using newspaper, we used a big bread loaf. we've to finish eating the whole bread within half an hr. in the end the ogl, Yun Ting forced everyone to take a big bite off it. we went to our classroom and our personal mentor introduced himself to us. we played more and more games. in one game, we have to form into grps of 3 and followed our ogls for instructions. in the end we had to stick our heads together, lift up our right leg and hold each other right leg and hopped 5 times. so lame! in one of the game, we got punished for nothing and got my whole body full of glitters! urgh!! i hate glitters so much! we finally ended the day at ard 7.30pm. i was so tired that i slept all the way to home! sigh! there's one more day to tahan!
