Tomorrow will marked the 3rd week of IPP! This means that there's 8 more weeks to go. On Fri, my Boss gave me a project to be done by next week. I've to analyse the results from the surveys which I took last Mon and Tues followed by typing up a complete set of reports for my Boss's approval. Sigh! Why is my work getting so difficult? Last Thurs, I finally got to meet up with my sec school/pri school friend, Vania for dinner after work. It've been almost 2 years since we last seen each other even though she only live one bus-stop away. LOL! We had a nice long chat over dinner @ Orchard Cineleisure's Billy Bombers. Hopefully we can catch up real soon! :) The following day after work (again!), I travelled all the way to Changi Airport T3 to have dinner with Germaine, JiaHui & HuiTing. The journey took me almost more than an hr. I almost fainted of hunger when I reached the interchange. LOL!

I've finally overcame the tormenting 2 days of doing traffic survey! Basically I've to wake up at 5am in order to reach Raffles Hospital (the meeting point to start the survey) by 6.45am. Afterwhich my colleague and I had to travel from Beach Road to Fort Canning Tunnel as well as from Temesek Ave (where Marina Square is located) to Fort Canning Tunnel. We've to go through these 2 routes 64 times in both days. Guess what, I've to spent 8 hrs a day sitting in the cab doing this survey! This's the longest time I ever spent on a cab, I guess none of you have spent that no. of hrs in a cab. LOL! But if I'd have to choose between doing traffic surveys and working in the office, I'd rather choose the first one. Our taxi fare for these 2 days cost more than 1 month of my salary. It was a whopping 577 bucks including 77 bucks for ERP charges. Sigh! I'd have to go back to the office and continue working on Thurs. I've to continue revamping the company website with all the horrendous-looking HTML codes.

On Monday, went and met up with the girls for dinner @ Marina Square after spending the whole day on traffic surveys. Guess what? We dined at Thai Express again! Dining @ Thai Express twice in 3 days. LOL! We chatted around over dinner before heading home as I still had to wake up at 5am the next day for the stupid surveys.

I was super shagged after work today. I only slept for about 5 hrs last night before heading for work. I almost fall asleep during work, can't stand my Boss talking so much with the patients! LOL! During work, I witnessed for the first time ever that my Boss cried. This is actually what happened that made my Boss cried during work: There was a 15 yr-old boy who schooled at the same boys' school as my Boss's sons. He commited suicide by jumping off the building with his mom's witness on Tues. I couldn't imagine the trauma this boy's mom has when she witnessed her own son jumping off the building right before her very eyes. From what I heard from my Boss, this boy was suffering from depression and actually told his friends that he wanted to commit suicide. But unfortunately his friends took what he said as a harmless joke. I seems to feel that God is unfair at times. In this world, there're people who don't cherish their life and simply ended their life just by committing suicide. On the other hand, there are people whose life are being taken away as though they are granted 'life sentences'. So before we can regret, let's cherish our precious lives and loved ones as we are unable to predict what's going to happen the next min.

On a lighter note, I headed to P.S. to meet up with Maine and JiaHui after work as they wanted to watch the 超級星光大道 3's audition @ Front Plaza at P.S. Guess what, I was shocked to see someone who's auditioning for the singing competition. It was Andrew who's from my class! I didn't realise he was in the queue waiting to go up the stage till Maine told me! LOL! Actually his vocals was ok but unfortunately he didn't get into the next round.

Anyway I was browsing through Ayu's forum, there was a rumour going on that Ayu's going to perform in South Korea, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taiwan and lastly SINGAPORE for her Asia Tour in the 2nd half of the year! OMIGOD!! Pls tell me it's true! It'll be like winning lottery first prize! If she's performing in Singapore, I'll definitely be buying the VIP tickets so as to get up close with my favourite Ayu!!

Today knocked off from work at 3pm as had to go and try out the survey routes with my Boss and colleague. Initially I thought that I still had to go back to office after we were done but Boss told me that I don't have to if I know my way back home from town. :) It's 5 by the time I reached home! How I wish everyday I can go home so early! I just found that I'll be spending 12 hrs on a taxi on both Mon and Fri with 3 hrs break in between. LOL! it's going to be the longest period of time I ever spend on a cab! :D My main task will be timing the journey it took to travel from Beach Rd to Fort Canning Tunnel as well as frm Raffles Ave to Fort Canning Tunnel. In total, I'll need to go through these 2 routes 36 times in both days. Oh Gosh! I can't imagine next time if I ever go to these areas, I'll know the directions with my eyes closed! LOL!

Today is the 3rd day of my IPP. I'm still not getting used to waking up early for work. LOL! Guess I'd have to get used to it sooner or later! My job scope for these 2 weeks will be mainly on IT like revamping the company's website, brochure as well as putting the company onto Wikipedia. Anyway my Boss is kind enough to give me 3 days' leave even though there's no leave allowed in IPP. :) I'm looking forward to next Mon and Tues as I'll be out of office doing traffic surveys with my colleague. Guess both of us will be driving around Singapore for 2 days, but at least it's better than sitting in the office and wanting to doze off! :) Not only that my Boss's giving me a day off from work on next Wed. YIPPEE!! Today my LO came to my workplace and looked at how's my work progressed. I was at the midst of creating HTML codes for the company website and I was going crazy with all the confusing codes when he came in. LOL! My LO had a super long chat with my Boss and I was wondering what on earth would they be talking about?

I can't believe my Mom will be introducing Jay Chou's song to me when she used to say that she doesn't understand what he's singing without looking at the lyrics. LOL! The other day, she was watching China's CCTV <春晚> program and Jay Chou was performing《青花瓷》which is in his latest album. The melody of this song is very nice and even my Mom's using this song as her hp ringtone. Enjoy!

This afternoon, met up with my Crescent friends at Suntec for late lunch @ Swensens. It've been a while since we last met up. :) We had a nice chat at the restaurant before walking around at Suntec. We didn't do much as most of them are dead beat after house-visiting for the past few days. Anyway we'll be meeting up next Fri for dinner at Sixth Avenue after my work. Speaking of work, my IPP'll be officially started tomorrow!! I'm getting so nervous! I pray and hope that everything will turn up smoothly! To those who'll be having IPP: ALL THE BEST TO YOU!!

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year! In the afternoon, went to Grandma's house for a gathering along with my family. My hongbaos collection is increasing smoothly! :) It's so great to see all my cousins after so long! My legs hurt like nobody's business after wearing heels for almost a day. sigh! in the evening, went and watched Kungfu Dunk with my eldest brother at Lot 1. Overall I think that the movie is just average, the visuals and effects remind me of Shaolin Soccer. But I'd rather watched this movie than Ah Long Pte Ltd, read from the papers that it's given 1 star out of 5 in the rating. At first I was still anticipating to watch Ah Long Pte Ltd as Fann Wong is starring in it but after watching the trailer, I seriously think that the story plot is disappointing! Anyway shall return to watching drama on tudou.com, currently catching 缘之烩. :) HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR TO YOU!!

IT'S THE CHINESE NEW YEAR EVE!!

CNY Eve had finally arrived and it means that the dreadful exams were finally over and it's time to collect lots of hongbaos!! :) yesterday after my last paper, went out to celebrate with the jiemeis. lunched at Bugis Junction's Pastamania, shopped at Bugis Village where I can't stand the crowdness over there and ended up going to NLB to borrow some bks with XuanLi. I felt so good to going back to reading storybooks again!! for the past few weeks, I had been urging to grab a book to read. LOL! Now I can get to read all I want! :) headed down to Marina Square for dinner and caught 27 Dresses along with XuanLi, Germaine, ShiJun. love the scene when Katherine Heigl & James Marsden are singing in the bar. I wonder what's the song that they are singing. :) once again, we ended up rushing to get onto the last train back home, practically running all the way to the station.

Anyway hope everyone has a Prosperous Chinese New Year and collect hongbaos till your hands are tired! LOL!! :)

YEAH!! The 2nd last paper was finally over!! left Supply Chain paper and it'll be post-exams time!! :) I can't wait for tmr's plans after the paper! I shall enjoy myself till I drop before the dreading IPP starts. Overall, I feel that my Biz Finance paper was horrendously done. Kinda screwed that paper up. I really prayed and hoped I can get a pass grade for that. The rest of the papers were manageable all thanks to my 'very last-min' of revision. Anyway shall head back to study for my very LAST paper! Yesterday was JiaHui {my JieJie}'s 19th B'dae! the girls excluding XJ decided to celebrate her b'dae by going to Park Royal Hotel to have dessert buffet! the rest of us decided to trick JiaHui into believing that we were going to matchmake her to a Bangladash man @ Muthu's Curry in Little India! LOL!

The 13 dollar worth of buffet is overly alright just that there wasn't enough variety of dessert to choose from. The only thing I dislike abt that restaurant was that it doesn't provide free iced water instead we've to buy Evian water at 8 bucks! Anyway it was a nice gathering for the girls before our deadly exams start next week.

I've finally let everything out! Earlier on (Fri night), headed to Marina Square with JiaHui for dinner @ Esplanade's Thai Express. I finally told her what's been bothering me for the past few days. Frankly speaking, I've felt so much better after letting all out. :) Now I finally realise that bottling up your feelings inside you, is a very uneasy thing to do. there'll always be my besties who will just be one call away whenever I'm feeling the worst of my life. MY DEAR AYU HAS GONE DEAF ON HER LEFT EAR!!

Rough translation: This year i has a wild aspiration. Actually last year, i had went for a ear inspection, and found out that my left ear has gone deaf and it's not treatable anymore. Even so, i still wishes to be a singer. Thus, i will use the rest of my right ear to sing till it loses its function as well or till its very limit. I will not give up. I will not find any excuses. As a professional singer, i will definitely give the best singing that i have to everyone. Ganbatte ah.. Must ganbatte!!!! Must!!!!!! Till that day arrives...

OMG! When i heard this news, it almost makes me cry. I've always been admiring how much she can sing each year. Now i wish she will take it slower and give her ear some breaks every now and then rather than belting out single after single... doing all those music show lives... then going on tour and doing CDL. But I do admire her attitude towards this. I can't even imagine what it's like to have music be such an important aspect in one's life and only have the ability to experience it with limited senses. She's so strong. Oh I can say now is that I'll support her music till the day when she retires from the music industry! :)

These days were spent doing projects as well as going out with the Philanderer family!! :) Charlene, Joyceline, HuiQi & I went shopping at Vivo yesterday afternoon. At first we agreed to meet at Harbourfront station at 2pm, both Joyceline & I turned up extremely late! OOPS! Anyway we planned to exchange New Year gifts and I got a Rubics cube from my dear grandson, Charlie!! Rubics cube is the in-thing for everyone now. The other day while at work, I saw there were these 3 brothers who are competing who can get all 6 sides of the Rubics of the same colour at the fastest time. OH GOSH!! Believe me, if you give me 10 years to solve, i'll not be able to do so! Right now, I'm still figuring out the solution by reading the solution notes which Charlie had given me! LOL! We happened to bump into Jasmine Ang, a Crescentian at the Pet Station, even though I don't know her well but she was in the same CCA as Oyster & HuiQi. It was sort of like Crescent reunion! I really miss Crescent loads, time really flies like bullet train, it've been 3 years since I've graduated from there. I heard from Charlene that Ms Sharon Goh, our Eng teacher had quitted and moved to M'sia with her husband, even our principal, Mrs Lee Bee Yann had went over to SAJC. Frankly speaking, I'm really proud to be a Crescentian once! :)

Last night, I went to watch {Le Grand Chef} movie premiere @ Vivo's GV with HuiQi who've gotten free tickets! It's my very first time to attend a movie premiere! :) I actually expected to see some Mediacorp artistes at the premiere but the movie is only entitled to Great Eastern policy holders. At first, I was wondering what is this Korean movie about and went and watched it with 'i'm watching it cos it's free' kind of mood! LOL! to my surprise, it turned out to be a fairly touching movie! You'll get to see dishes of mouth-watering Korean food in this show which you can't wait to lay your chopsticks on! A BRAND NEW YEAR IS FINALLY HERE! :)

Not only that, Ayumi has just released her latest album {Guilty} on the New Year's Day! I'll be rushing down to the music store and grab a copy of her album and her photobook pretty soon! :)

Anyway spent the first day of 2008 at home with my family! :) we finally had the time to sit down together and had dinner as a family! i can't remember when was the last time we managed to have dinner together. Sigh! Hopefully in this year, my family and i will spend more time together! :)

I spent the last weekend going out with my friends! On Sat, I met up with ShiJun and Maine to get Elaine's present after my work. the following day, part of BM0612 met up at Clarke Quay's Manhattan Fish Market to celebrate our dear Elaine da jie's b'dae as well as to welcome Mel back from Texas. Despite the heavy downpour, we still managed to have our dinner at the balcony of the restaurant. The view was nice even though we had rain drops spatter onto our clothes! :P After the dinner, we took a walk down the Singapore River before we spilt into 2 different direction. One group decided to have Bak Ku Teh at M.S while the other group to have night walk along Clarke Quay! :) We walked all the way from Clarke Quay to Fullerton Hotel along the Singapore River. It was a nice slow walk while we chatted along the way. :) We happened to see Tay Ping Hui and Joanne Peh at the Fullerton Bridge filming. i actually wondered if they're filming for 黄金路. lol! HAPPY BOXING DAY!!!

Finally Christmas Day is over!! After spending the whole day outside on the eve, i decided to self-ground on X'mas Day. I did some of my overdued tutorials and revised some of the modules since exams will be in early Feb.

This afternoon, I finally got to get out with HuiQi & Joyceline! This time round, we headed to town for lunch and window-shopping. :) Unfortunately HuiQi had to leave early to get back home to cook her Bak Ku Teh. Sigh!! Anyway aft our dear HuiQi left, both Oyster & Panda decided to walk all the way from Orchard Cineleisure to Wheelock Place. We were idling around at the toilets, hoping to wait till there's no one inside b4 we dared to take pics. LOL! We ended up looking lyk lunatics, acting suspiciously. Guess what, we ended up hiding at the handicapped toilet to take pics! you can spot the sign in both the pics! LOL!

MERRY X'MAS EVERYONE !!

I'm back after being M.I.A for more than a week. I've been spending most of the time doing projects and doing spring cleaning @ home. I've been working my ass off on Sat as well as on X'mas Eve but the work is worth it as i can get my paycheck next Sat! :)

On X'mas Eve, went over to Maine's house for potluck party! it've been a long while since i last had a gathering with the girls. XuanLi was M.I.A otherwise all the girls in our gang would be present! before heading down to Maine's house, I met up with Elaine @ P.S after my work at 3.30pm. Town was super duper packed, everywhere you go, you'll be bumping into passers-by. Elaine & I ended up lugging our presents, food and even logcake all the way to Maine's hse. by the time we've reached, we were super shagged and almost collapsed onto the floor! LOL!

We had loads of fun from frying chicken wings to exchanging our x'mas gifts. :) we stayed till 10 plus before we finally called it a day. hopefully we can have this potluck x'mas party every year as long as our friendship lasts! :)

I spent practically the whole day outside as it's the last day of school before 2 weeks' term break starts! :) Not only that, my group members & I managed to finish 2 projects by this week. PHEW!! Business Finance & EFMA projects can really waste lots of our brain cells! Anyway they've been gotten rid of and there's still 6 more projects left! JIAYOU EVERYONE!! We can make it! :)

Liyana & I headed to the Grand Cathay to watch 'The Enchanted' which is shown in boxoffice weeks ago! But we just didn't manage to find time for our movie date! Actually we planned to go for movie along with Eleanor & Parvin but they had plans ahead. Hopefully during the 2 weeks' break, we can pick one day for our 'well-deserved' treat especially before Eleanor leaves for Finland! :) 'The Enchanted' was an exceptional heart warming show which the characters were flawlessly crafted and portrayed. I like the slight twist to the story.. where it matters to search for your true love. :)

After the movie, we walked all the way to Sim Lim Square in search of Office 2007 software. But it was a fruitless trip as we didn't buy anything! We headed to National Library for reading and slacking at the same time. We went all the way to the 11th floor of the library and had a breathtaking scenery from the library seats! We took pics and chatted away till we almost forgot that we were in the library. :P

After the outing with Liyana, I headed down to Dover to meet up with Maisie & Karen. We planned to have our dinner at SP where Maisie's studying at. It's been more than 1 yr since I've last seen them! We practically lost contact ever since we've gotten our 'O' levels results. I've missed them loads! Unfortunately Karen will be leaving for Hong Kong tmr afternoon and I can't send her off at the airport as I've work! Karen: Wish you all the best in your future endeavours! I'm on 2 days' MC AGAIN! for the past 3 weeks, I've been visiting my doctor as though I'm going to school! SIGH! On tues night, I was coughing away like a tuberculosis patient that i couldn't sleep, i ended up sitting on my bed reading my book. In the morning, my mom asked me whether i want to go to the hospital as my cough was getting worse. OH GOSH! Hospital is the last place I ever want to step into, in the end i went back to my family doctor who was shocked to see me AGAIN! i've been missing school ever since i've gotten sick and i hope i can catch up with my schoolwork. :P

Anyway spent the whole day at home, nursing my health. LOL! Sleeping, Eating, Mapling, Watching tv shows on tudou.com were the activites i did yesterday. My brother was kind enough to intro me 2 english shows which you can try watching if you're real bored at home during the hols! Greek & Gossip Girl are like OC kinda shows which reminds me of my sec-school days when I was crazy abt OC and Alias! :)

today is my very beloved mummy's 47th b'dae!! :) actually i wanted to treat her to dinner, but she worked till quite late and couldn't make it. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR B'DAE? My brother and I ended up buying her a cake and a gift which I've bought it last week. MOMMY: THANKS FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT MOM! Sorry for being such a spoilt brat at times when I quarrel with you over trivial matters and I know that you always nag at me because you care about me! Pls don't be a workaholic and work till wee hours otherwise you're going to age even further! :P Last but not least, I'd like to thank you for all the love and care which you've given me!

I didn't go to school today. Fallen sick again. I was coughing real badly that I couldn't fall asleep, in the end, Mom had to accompany me the whole night. THANKS, MOM! I went and see my family doctor in the morning to get my medicine and have my checkup. When I reached the clinic, my doctor was chatting away on his hp. he seemed to be in a foul mood. When the nurse told him that i've problem breathing. He rushed into his office and came out with his stethoscope. He kept asking me to breathe in and out and the way he did that was quite hilarious! I almost wanted to burst into laughter. When he didn't manage to listen to my heartbeat properly, he hurriedly went and turned off the air-con of the clinic. It was as though like a scene in the emergency room @ the hospital. Afterwhich he asked the nurse to take me to go and use the breathing machine before he went back to his room and chat on his hp again.

On last Sun, I went to Airport T3 with the girls (HuiLing, ShiJun, JiaHui & Maine). The terminal is so fabulous!! We went for a 45min tour which we ended up not listening to but instead were busy taking pics! LOL! For those who've yet to visit T3, the last day of the visit is on this coming Sun (9 Dec) if not you can wait till 9 Jan before it offically opens! YEAH!! Finally an outing with my sec school friends today!! Thanks for making today so fun-filled, Joyceline the Oyster & HuiQi! We went to Mind Cafe in the afternoon even though we reached there at around 2.30pm but we still had loads of fun!! :) Hopefully we can go there more often in the future

Oh shucks! My cough is getting from bad to worse! this is the worst cough I ever get since ages! I've been coughing non-stop as though I'm having tubercolorsis. :( Since I dislike the horrid taste of coughing mixture, I didn't go see a doc.

In the afternoon at around 3 plus, we went for the security talk which actually should be called the N.S talk. Overall this particular talk should be catered solely for guys. The speakers actually spent most of the time talking about what they exactly do during BMT. What does it got to do with girls unless the girls are SO interested to sign on? LOL! We ended up taking pics during the talk. :)

I HAD MY HAIRCUT TODAY!! :)

I finally made a trip to the hairdresser @ Kovan after my work. by the time i reached home, it was almost 7.30pm. today's work was super tiring. I worked all the way from 8.30am till 3.30pm without having my breakfast and lunch. My stomach was growling so loudly that I think the patients heard the sounds!! :P Straight after work, I hurriedly rushed down to grab some food before heading down to Kovan to have my haircut. Fortunately I didn't have to wait too long before it was my turn to have my haircut.

i've changed my blogskin! I got sick and tired of staring at the same old skin for the past few mths! :) I love this current skin! But after I've changed, I realised that I've the same blogskin as my friend's! I decided not to change it as there must be others who're using the exact skin.

I've fallen sick AGAIN! I'm having a bad cough with phlegm clotting in my throat. SIGH! since i don't want to waste money to go see a doc, I decided to drink tons and tons of water to get rid of the horrendous phlegm! recently i saw on the news, there's a Taiwanese girl who drink 7 litres of water every day and ended up being blind!! OH GOSH!! It's the first time I ever heard of someone getting poisoned just by drinking water! everyone must take care of their health and don't fall sick like me!

TODAY IS THE DAY WHEN I DONATED MY BLOOD FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!! :)

I decided to donate my blood since I couldn't do so during the previous B.D.D in April as I had yet to get my parent's consent. Firstly I had to fill up a confidentiality form before registering at the nurse station. As today was the last day of B.D.D, there were very few people donating blood. After the doctor's checkup, I headed to the station where the doctor will get a sample of my blood to check the sugar level. In my opinion, I think that's the most painful stage during the blood donation. The nurse will pierce your middle finger with a needle after dabbing your finger with some alcohol. She will then squeeze out blood and transfer to a small tube before dipping it into a beaker of bluey liquid. The pain was as though someone pricked your finger with a needle. Finally it was blood donation time! The nurse had to first check whether the vein is visible. However my left arm's one of the vein is very slanted so the nurse advised me to use my right arm instead. I kept asking questions to the nurse (e.g. is it painful? how long it'll take? is she going to pierce my skin with the needle now?) Fortunately the nurse was very kind and answered all my silly questions. Seriously the process when you're donating blood is not PAINFUL at all!!! I didn't even feel the needle poking into my skin. It took around 4-5 mins before my blood filled up the whole bag and i'm done with my blood donation!! :) Liyana helped me took some pics during the donation! I'll definitely donate my blood when the next B.D.D comes to NYP again! :)

Ayumi's latest Single "Together When..." is coming out on Dec 5 as a digital single which means that her latest single can't be bought from music stores but it can be bought online (e.g. I-tunes). I went to Grand Cathay for movie with Maine and JiaHui after school yesterday. We caught {The Game Plan} which stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Madison Pettis and Roselyn Sanchez (she looks like a combination of PCD's Nicole and Sandra Bullock!). GO CATCH THE MOVIE if you want to get loads of laughter out of it! I ended up laughing like crazy throughout the whole show! :D I LOVE SPIKE!! WOOF WOOF!! :)

TEP results is finally out today!! I scored A for the 2 stopovers (CSC and BSU) surprisingly! LOL! i expected a B as I didn't contribute much during the days in BSU. But overall TEP pull up my accumulated GPA which makes me overjoyed!! :D It's a good motivation for me to work even harder in this semester so as to strive for even better results!! :) Hopefully I can get into SMU after graduation! :) JIAYOU!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE!!

the reason why I'm writing this today is to wish someone, who's born on the same day as Halloween Day, HAPPY 22th BIRTHDAY! Guess who? Guess most of you know who I'm talking about already. IT'S MY BIG BROTHER, JUSTIN TAN JIAN WEI!! :) {I'm really not used to calling his full name as I'm always giving him loads of nicknames!} I'm going to dedicate this whole entry to my brother aka Black Pepper Crab, Fatty Bon Bon and many more. :)

My brother has always been a smart-ass in my family. The smartest one among the 3 siblings. He was formerly from RI, Hwa Chong JC and right now in SMU's Accountancy. I've always envied him for being so smart to be able to achieve such good grades during exams. As compared to him, I'm more stupid. Since young, he has always been the one who takes care of me as my Mom is always very busy at work. I still remembered there was once when I was secretly snacking away while doing my hw, I was being 'caught in action' by him. As a punishment, I had to run all the way to the life lobby and back for 15 times! Can you imagine he'll even think of such punishment? Partly because he used to hold the highest position in his sec school's NCC. He had has always been very strict to me since my schooling days (e.g. ordering me to go shower, do hw, eat my dinner, etc) Anyway those commanding days are finally over! These days, he'll always pop by my room and disturb me and my Panda bears (especially my beloved PanPan!) I'll do the same and threaten to throw his dinosaur bear into the dustbin if he can't stop kicking my Panda bear. He's the 'murderer' who cost my Panda bear to lose his eye and nose! HUMPH!! I've yet to seek revenge from him!

Anyway I'd like to wish him a HAPPY 22TH HALLOWEEN BIRTHDAY! MAY ALL HIS WISHES WILL NOT COME TRUE! heehee!! :) Hope he finds a suitable gf asap!! Don't be so choosy! Otherwise when you reach 30, you're still hunting for one! :)

I've been feeling pretty upset with myself for the past few days. I went to receive my LCCI results from SSTC after lessons ytd afternoon. Sad to say, this time round, I didn't make it through. I only have myself to blame for not preparing enough for it before I took the exams in June. I waited for about half an hr before I could get my result slip from the principal. The moment I saw her looking at my results, my heart sank to right to the bottom. SIGH! Seriously I'm not sure whether I should retake the exams in June or not cos I seem to have missed the interest in Accounts now. I don't wish to spend my career life staring at numbers all day long. I'd like to try some new things. But right now, I've nothing in mind. I hope I can make the cut to get into Uni after my poly life otherwise I may have to start working. After collecting my results slip, I went to the cafe at the basement of Park Mall and stoned for more than an hr. At first I really have no idea how am I going to break the news to my mom who always has high hopes in me. How am I going to tell her that I've lost my interest in Accounts? Initially I wanted to join the gals at AMK for desserts but I've lost my appetite after collecting my disastrous results. SORRY GALS, FOR NOT ABLE TO TURN UP! HOPE I CAN MAKE IT THE NEXT TIME ROUND! As the punishment for flunking my exams, I'm barred from using the computer, tv and even the freedom of reading thriller books whenever my mom is around. My mom was super duper upset and pissed with my results and gave me a full 2 hr lecture when I got home. In the meantime, I should focus all my time in my studies and not dwell on all these upsetting matters. CHEER UP, TAN YUE XIN!!! :) (i shall go and hug my panda bear to sleep now!)

PHEW! the weekend is finally here!! The week went by pretty fast unlike during hols when it takes ages to wait for fri to come cos I'll be stuck at home every single day! :)

Yesterday, I went KBox singing with Maine, ShiJun and Arwin straight after lessons. It was such a coincidence that we met our friends there as well, somemore they were singing at the next room! By the time i reached home, it was almost 11.30pm. I still have yet to get started with my tutorials which are piling up like Mt. Everest!

Today's lessons only last 2 hrs (Biz Finance tutorial and EFMA's lecture) Even though I felt sleepy during the lecture, but i find the content of the lecture pretty alright as I've learnt that before. After lecture, JiaJia and I walked around the sch just to get the Self-Application IPP form. For those of you who are intending to find the company of your own, pls go to SBM Admin Office (Blk C, Lvl 1). :) JiaJia and I went back to CSC and had a little chat with Ms Noh after I've gotten the forms. It've been almost 4 mths since we left CSC! fortunately Ms Noh still remember our names! But she can't really remember which particular batch of students are we in. :P
Anyway I'd like to share a youtube video which features my fav animal, PANDA!! This video is showing baby pandas which are around 6 mths old, they are being kept in a nursery apart from their mothers. THEY LOOK SO ADORABLE!!

3 days had passed after the start of the new school semester! For the first 2 days, i was trying to get back to the rhythm of the school life as it've been at least 6 mths since i last touched a textbook. Imagine during TEP, every single day after you get back frm sch, you either watch tv programs or surf Internet. Now i've to go back to my textbooks, tutorials, ICAs, projects and even the horrendous exams once again! This morning, during Biz Law tutorial, my P.E.M just announced to the class that our IPP will be from 11 Feb to 26 Apr! it's going to start straight after our final sem exams. THERE'S NO BREAK FOR US except Sat and Sun! Life is going to get tougher towards the end of the year when we'll be crammed up with projects and preparation for exams. I really hope that this semester will turn out smoothly! shall cross my fingers on that! :)

today's SCM tutorial was cancelled and we ended up having 4 hrs break. Guess what, these 4 hrs were spent chatting around with my friends in Macs canteen. LOL! I've finally met up with Elaine, ShiJun, JiaHui and Jean for lunch ever since TEP starts for them! I really miss them alot ever since we've split classes during Year 2. Hopefully we can still meet up tgt more often during this semester!

On my way home after NE, i met someone whom I've lost contact for almost 1 yr! Being a typical sotong, i didn't recognise her when she said hi to me cos I've forgotten who she is!! SORRY, SHI MIN! I've short term memory! I can't believe that it's almost 1 year since we retook our 'O' levels English tgt at Bukit Panjang Govt High! the last time I saw you after our exams was at Heeren's Nike shop where you were working at. LOL! As we chatted on our way back home, we found similar things between us (e.g our email addresses were created way back when we were Pri 5 which explains why our emails are so 'toot'!) Hope we can go out tgt one of these days and chat even more, k? TAKE CARE, GIRL! all the best in the call center! :)

I'M DEAD TIRED AFTER A LONG DAY OUTSIDE!

I woke up at around 8.30am by my mom's naggings! Rushed to meet Elaine at Yishun's station to get her notes and textbooks from her at 11 but being a famous 'Late Queen', I was late by 15 mins! LOL! Anyway wanna thank Elaine for offering me her precious notes and textbooks! I'll take good care of them till the end of the semester! :) Hurried back home and got changed before heading to Dhoby Ghaut to meet up with the CSC people! For the first time, I was on time!! LOL! What a pity that not everyone had turned up, only 10 ppl turned up instead! But overall we had loads of fun and laughter playing board games @ Mind Cafe. We played all the way till 6 even though Yi Rui, May Ying, Solomon & Ee Chin left halfway. What a pity that we didn't take pics tgt! After we took pics after the games, I headed over to P.S. to meet up with JiaHui for dinner. We went to Ajisen for ramen! :) We had a nice chat over dinner as well as during window shopping. We didn't stay out too long as poor JieJie had been standing all the day at Giordarno. Hopefully when school term starts, we'll still have time to go out tgt for meals! I really miss the Genting trip we've went! I can't believe it've been almost a month since we've gotten back from Genting! Oh man! Time really zoomed past!

Early this morning at around 8.30am, I woken up by a loud commotion downstairs. I walked to my window and peered out. Guess what, i saw abt 3 police cars parked at the opposite flat of my hse. But I couldn't really see what's happening opposite as i wasn't wearing my specs (all thanks to my 600 degrees of myopia!) I went back to sleep ignoring the commotion. I woke up one hour later to go for my morning run. When I was running, I saw there's a blue Police tent by the rubbish chute. Then I finally realised that someone must have fallen to his/her death in the morning! There were quite a no. of onlookers crowding around the crime scene where was being cordoned off. I heard from my mom that if someone commited suicide, he/her will be handcuffed even though he has passed away. The reason for doing so is that committing suicide is a crime. Seriously I'm not sure if this is true or not. I pity those who commit suicide as they must be facing difficulties which they aren't sure how to solve them. They ended up committing suicide as a way to solve these difficulties. I hope that the decreased can rest in peace and live without worries in Heaven.

My mom advised me not to walk to that area in case her 'soul' is still wandering over there. OH GOSH!! it's really freaking me out cos I can see the rubbish chute from my bedroom window!!

I had a really bad day at work all because of a Korean girl patient. All thanks to her! At the start of the day, everything were pretty smooth until when the Korean girl came in for a consultation along with her sister. At the age of 13, she was already carrying a designer bag and 80GB Ipod. Problems started arising when Doc and I needed to get her records done asap. She had the 'I Can't Be Bothered' attitude when Doc was taking photos of her. She started screaming away when we wanted to take pics of her mouth. It's such an easy task which a 5 yr old kid can even finish it without any hassle. Guess what, when Doc was taking moulds of her teeth, she was practically screaming at her top of her voice and pulling Doc's hands away from her mouth (as though Doc & I were going to kidnap her under the eyes of her parents). When I was placing my hands on her shoulders to confort her from the uneasiness of the mould inside her mouth, she pinched my arm right at that moment! IN FRONT OF MY BOSS AND HER PARENTS! WHAT THE BANANA! At that point of time, I almost wanted to shout vulgarities at that idiotic girl! Finally when all records were done, she's being 'FREED'. My boss decided to give her a small gift to reward for her 'sportiness'. Oh Gosh! then should I give her a big kiss for pinching me? I can't wait to kick her out of the clinic at that very moment. But that spoiled little brat threw the gift on the floor and walked away! I've yet to see such ill-mannered kid before and she's already 13! I really wondered where did she learn her manners from as her parents were very nice souls! In the end, for the rest of my work I kept being picked on by my boss who's in a bad mood as well. SIGH! I've to suffer all those nagging and picking by my boss all thanks to that 13 yr-old spoiled brat! :(

Today, I went out with the gals (Elaine, PeiFen, XuanLi, JiaHui, Germaine, ShiJun, HuiLing & HuiTing) to Changi Airport's Swensens for XL & PeiFen's belated b'dae celebrations. The ambience and food were pretty good. Here's the pic of the few of us! :)

After lunch, we headed to King Albert's OG as our 'Paris Girl', PeiFen needed to get winterwear for her Paris Immersion Trip in Jan. We were like typical aunties trying out all kinds of winterwear from coats to gloves). We went to Ice Monster to have desserts before heading home.

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO AYUMI HAMASAKI!!

Her birthday actually was yesterday, 2nd Oct. She has finally turned 29 this year! I've fallen in love with her music since I was pri 5 with the influence of my pri-sch classmates at that time. Even though I always being asked by my friends, why do I like her so much despite the fact that I don't even understand Japanese language, I should say that I'm impressed with the way she penned her thoughts into her lyrics and her unique vocals which set her apart from other Japanese singers. I still vaguely remembered that when I bought her album {I am...} out of my pocket money for the very first time. I bought her album out of curousity due to her unique album cover as seen below.

It depicts Hamasaki, dressed in an outfit of leaves, wandering through a sunny desert from dawn until dusk. A dove travels alongside her in each picture. The dove is rumoured to symbolize peace in respect to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. This album ended up as one of my most favourite albums of her. From then onwards, I began to buy her albums everytime they are released. Below are the albums/single which I've collected for the past 5 years:

Oh no! I've fallen sick AGAIN! sigh! :( my nose is blocked like a clogged toilet bowl!

Yesterday afternoon, I went back to sch with Maine, ShiJun & JiaHui for LeeHom's Campus Concert. We ended up waiting for one hr just to get inside the auditorium. When we finally got into the auditiorium, it was packed with fans, NYP students and as well as sec schools students.

After the concert which only lasted for half an hr with LeeHom singing only 2 songs from his latest album, we headed to AMK Hub for dinner. We didn't idled around the mall too long as ShiJun needed to give tuition! On our way back home with ShiJun, we were busily discussing abt our FAVE TV SHOW, HEROES!! guess she got addicted to watching it like I do! the last time when i watched HEROES Season 1, i spent ard 5 days watching over 20 episodes.

Now the long-awaited HEROES Season 2 is finally here! this week is the 1st episode shown on air and there's more to come. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON TO BE FINISHED so i can watch it at one go! :) Ugly Betty Season 2 and CSI latest Season are up as well, i get to watch all these, all thanks for my elder bro! THANKS, FATTY BON BON! :D

HAPPY MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL!! =]

I went for Shirlyn Tan's Lunchtime Concert @ The Esplanade with Elaine, JiaHui, ShiJun, Germaine & Yasser early in afternoon! There's only one word to describe, 'AWESOME'!! We were sitting at the 2nd row from the front and we could even see the singer's nose's hair! {just kidding!} Pity that there's no video recording and photography allowed in the Esplanade otherwise I'll definitely record all the songs she sang into my hp! Afterwhich we headed to the roof terrace, the weather was scorching hot man!!! I could feel myself melting away! Finally the single is released on my first day of my Genting trip (19th Sept)! I've been anticipating this single till my hair's turning grey! This time round, not only did she cut her hair short but she also did a good mix up single with 2 dark-rock with strong lyrics songs.

Alright! I'm back to update more on my Genting trip with Maine, ShiJun & JiaHui!

On the first day (19th Sept) - We departed from Golden Mile at 7am. I had to wake up at 4.30am in order to reach there on time. We spent the entire journey sleeping, eating and chatting away! We finally reached our destination by 2.

There's so many people waiting to be checking in!

Does it reminds you of our Polyclinics where we dread for our turn to be served?

The 2nd day, we spent almost the entire day at the theme park. Even though the place was very foggy in the morning and some of the rides are down, but we managed to try out the rest of the rides! We even tried the most exciting thrill ride, Spaceshot which can been seen from the 2nd pic on the left. You can feel that you're been lifted from your seat when it shot down in secs! My heart almost wanted to leap out of my mouth at that very moment. Just as we were about to start our ride, the person-in-charge told us that an old man from Mumbai died from heart attack aft this Spaceshot ride. OH GOSH!! Guess old people and those with heart dieases shouldn't try this ride!! We tried out their very own Ferris Wheel and we got to see the entire theme park.

Toward the end of the day, we decided to try out the Superman Flying Coaster! I love this ride the most!! I can imagine being a Superman flying up and down!! We even have our pic taken when we were 'flying'! I looked so different without my glasses!! Check out the pic on the 2nd row, the 3rd pic!

We decided to try out the indoor theme park after our dinner at Kenny Rogers. The food was fantastic except of some errors which the waiter had made. He served us 1/4 chicken when we actually ordered 1/2 chicken (you can see the additional 1/4 chicken being served on another small plate)

Good times alway go by at the wink of an eye! The 3 days on Genting Highlands whizzed past just like that!! We spent our very last day, packing our bags, having breakfast at the Noodle House, followed by last min shopping at the mall before we headed back to our hotel to check out. We chilled out at Starbucks till it was time for us to get onto our bus.

Lastly I'd like to thank the 3 of you for the great trip we had for the past 3 days! We had loads of fun even though we had a 'shockful' day on the 2nd day but everything turned out alright! :) Like what ShiJun had said, something wrong will happen when everything turns out smoothly! Anyway we managed to return back to Singapore safe and sound, I shall keep all these wonderful memories we shared tgt in my heart forever!! :D

TODAY'S C.S Presentation & Role Play!

I'm not sure if my grp and I screwed the thing up but IT'S FINALLY OVER!! I didn't make the effort to memorise all the nitty gritty of the notes I've made last night, partly it's becos C.S. is much easier than P.M (which is more theortical). Hopefully tomorrow's P.M's presentation will be a smooth one without any errors! :D

I'M GOING ON GENTING TRIP WITH THE GALS ON WED - FRI!! YIPPEE!

I'll be officially away from S'pore from Wed Morning till Fri Night! OH GOSH!! I can't wait for the trip to come asap!! This time round, I'll be going overseas with my beloved friends without my parents! Actually I only confirmed with Maine on Sun night that I'm going with them cos I initially thought that my mom'll not allow me to go abroad all by myself. But to my surprise, she actually agreed without any hesitation! She said that I should start to save up more bucks so that I can go to my desired countries in the future. Last night, I was on msn with the other 3 and we were discussing abt our checklist and what to bring, etc. Anyway tmr aft my presentation, I'd have to rush down to Bugis to meet up with them as we're planning to go and pray for a smooth trip at the temple. tmr night at this point of time, i shall be busy packing my bag for the trip and crossing out the items to be brought on my checklist! till then, hope everyone do well for their upcoming presentations!! CAN YOU FEEL THE TREMORS FROM INDONESIA'S EARTHQUAKE?

I DID! this morning when I was still sleeping on my bed, i suddenly felt my bed shaking! at first I was thinking, "Am I imagining things?" My bed kept shaking for 2 mins or so before everything went back to normal. The next thing I knew, I switched on the radio for any news about the earthquake in Indonesia. Guess what! The whole Singapore could feel the tremors as well, not only me! This's the first time in my 18 yrs of life, I've ever felt temors frm an earthquake. :P Anyway thinking of earthquakes, a question popped up in my mind, 'What if one day S'pore has an earthquake as well? Are we as Singaporean are fully prepared for it?' Seriously I doubt so, I guess majority of the Singaporeans have no idea what to do when an earthquake comes.

yesterday, my computer decided to have a riot with me! it crashed when I wanted to download MS Office 2003. WHAT A BANANA COMPUTER!! I was in the midst of doing my projects when it refused to switch on! URGH! in the end, I have to use my brother's laptop instead. Being a ultimate sotong, I didn't back up my documents in my computer so all my hard work were being flushed down the toilet bowl! right now, I feel like shouting 'BANANA' at the top of my voice! I've to redo my projects from the scratch. hope I can finish it by the end of the day otherwise I'll be in dead meat!

OH GOSH!! i can't believe Zahara's carrying Valentino's purse as well!! Why will a 2 yr-old be carrying such an expensive bag? Angelina Jolie and her daughter were spotted carrying Valentino Braided Shoulder Bag while in NYC. The only difference in Zahara carried is a mini-version. If you ask me, you will not find this mini-version in stores, it may very well be one of a kind made solely for little Zahara. All I can say is lucky girl! :)

Anyway I was browsing through my sec-school friends' blogs earlier on, got some pics from YunXuan who had went back to Crescent on Teachers' Day. Seriously I really miss the times I've studied in school, even though i've yet to go back ever since i went back for my 'O' levels results.

FINALLY THIS WEEK'S ICAs ARE OVER!! :) Time to take a short break b4 starting to do the next upcoming 2 ICA projects! There'll be no lessons next week so that we can concentrate on finishing up our ICAs projects! :)

earlier on in the day, did ICA role play on C.S. in my opinion, i'd rather prefer role plays than presentations. I don't feel so stressed up and nervous during role play as compared to presentations.

I just found out from Yahoo! News that Italian tenor Pavarotti had died from pancreatic cancer this morning! I didn't realise that he's already 71 yrs old!! I've seen one of his concert on tv before and it was fabulous!! I always remember his charcoal black beard and tuxedos! :)

I haven't been updating my blog for a week or so. I've been busy with ICAs in school. SIGH!! but i feel that it's still better than other 2 stopovers. :) I don't have to lead a life which starts from 8.30am to 5.30am, 5 days in a week. that's way too boring!! At least for Classicals, I get to sleep in late for afternoon's lessons and go home early for morning lessons!

On Monday (3th Sept) - Went to AMK Hub to catch Ratatouille with Maine, Shijun, HuiTing, Yasser, Jean. IT'S A FANTASTIC MOVIE which is all about a little rat! :P the fact which a rat can whip up so many delicious dishes, really amazed me. Anyone Can Cook! :) Go Catch It if you have't yet to!! It's a Must-Watch Cartoon Movie during this Sept hols!! :) after the movie, went to Pizza Hut for dinner, had the Cheese Fondue pizza. OH YAH!! I found this shop {Artbox} at AMK Hub and it sells lots of Panda-Inspired items (e.g. stationeries, alarm clock, bags, even socks!) I was so fascinated by the shop that i spent so much time in it and ended up getting scolded by other ppl! :( but i managed to get some things from that shop and i'm going back to get more when time permits me to do so!! last night, i received a msg from Elaine saying that she saw a lady carrying a Panda tote bag with bamboo shoots as its zip!! She even made the effort to ask that lady where did she get it from. THANKS ELAINE!! YOU'RE SUCH A KIND SOUL!! i'm going to check the bag out at Far East if i go to town next time! :)

HELLO! I'm Back! I've been sick since the first week of classicals. :( i lost my voice on fri, i've to strained my voice so as to speak. in the end, on sat i forced myself to go to work, had a really bad day at it. i've to keep running to the toilet to clear my throat and nose, my Boss was quite pissed with me for 'abandoning' her.

Catched {Hairspray} with Maine, ShiJun, JieJie, Yasser and Arwin at GV Marina on fri night. this Broadway musical turned into movie is so worth seeing! the songs and the dance routines are amazing as well! it was a good worth of 2 hr entertainment! But of course, it's more than just singing and dancing (I shan't be a spoiler, go watch it for yourselves!) I'm so addicted with the songs that i'm playing them again and again!
yesterday was OYSTER HAN's b'dae! i actually gave her a surprise when i turned up with a b'dae cake at Westmall's Macs where she and hq supposed to be studying at. at least our plan was successful! :) Oyster! hope you like the little gifts i gave you! :)

I HAD CRAVING FOR DONUTS TODAY!! so i ended up leaving school early. i decided to try out Missy Donut which is located at Bukit Panjang Plaza. it's only 1 stop away from my hse but i'm always so lazy to get the donuts frm that shop! so today i've made the effort to get some for myself and my brother!! :) overall the donuts tasted so-so but it's slightly smaller than the ones in Donut Factory. but for those who wanted to try replicas of Donut Factory, can try the donuts sold at Missy Donut. i find that the favours sold there are pretty similar as D.F.

as compared to Donut Factory, the donuts are much smaller!! (but it's worth to try them out if you don't want to queue for long!)

early in the morning, i got into a big quarrel with my mom over trivial matter. in the end, i went for mystery shopping in a foul mood! when i was going to cross the overhead bridge to reach the outlet, i saw this old man standing against the handlebars of the bridge using his walking pole. at first i wanted to ignore him as i only left with an hr to finish my mystery shopping, but he called out to me. at that point of time, i was thinking, 'Uncle! Why do you have to choose such a point of time to ask for help? I'm in a hurry to finish my mystery shopping!!' but i saw his pathetic-looking face which seems to be pleading me for help. he started nagging that the social worker should be sending him to a nursing home in Yishun for his physiotherapy but the S.W didn't turn up and he had lost his way! OH GOSH!! now i'm in deep trouble man!! guess i'd have to send him to the destination he want! i ended up standing at the bottom of the overhead bridge for 10 mins listening to him, telling about how he got into an accident 2 yrs ago and went for a lawsuit to get his compensation, etc... URGH! i almost wanted to interrupt into his tragic story but he looked so poor thing to me. in the end, i offered to help him hail a taxi to get him to his destination. GUESS WHAT? he told me that he've no money to pay for cab fare which is going to cost $14.30 (according to what he told me). i realised that he must be hinting to me to pay for his cabfare instead! so i offered to give him 10 bucks to subsidise his cabfare. seriously right now, when i think back, i seem to be quite foolish to give him the money. What if he's a conman? SIGH! to console myself, i just treat it as though i'm doing something charitable then. maybe i'm just thinking too much, he could be really in need of the money even though he offered to return me the money the next day.
in the end, i only had time to do one outlet instead of two. so i've to end up doing the remaining one in the evening. before going for mystery shopping in the evening, i went to West Mall to get muffins for my mom to compensate for my rudeness in the morning. fortunately Mom wasn't angry with me anymore when she came back home later in the day. we even get to have the time to watch the 7pm Korean drama tgt. it've been a long long time since we last sat down and watch drama tgt. normally she'll only watch tv for news from 9pm all the way to 11pm before she hit the sack. for the first time in the history, my mom actually watched korean drama!! she used to comment that korean dramas are so draggy which can be almost comparable to taiwanese soap operas. now she actually said that korean dramas are touchy and really touch the audience's hearts.

it had been a good eight weeks in BSU! life at BSU had always been fun-filled and relaxing as compared to CSC. for the past few weeks, i've been slacking all the way, playing games and even ended up leaving early for home. good time always flies before you know it. next week i'll be doing classicals for 4 weeks, it'll be filled with ICAs and more ICAs!
last thurs (9 aug) was National Day, spent the whole day with my family. i actually planned to watch Rush Hour 3 with my brother but i ended up backing out as i'm on a tight budget. Sorry, Bro!! i'll watch it with you when money start coming my way!! :) my mom managed to cook a big feast for dinner for the first time in 3 mths! i've missed Mom's cooking loads!! now she's busy coping with her work and studies, she barely even have the time to turn on the stove and cook some food! sigh! guess i've to help out more in housework to lessen my mom's burden so as not to stress/overwork her further! :)
anyway just heard from the news that the horrible Afghanistan's Taliban had finally freed the two South Korean female hostages today in what they called a "gesture of goodwill" towards talks to free the remaining 19 captured nearly a month ago. I pray and hope that the remaining people will be released quickly as the torture and fear can be very overwhelming for these people!

I'M SO DEAD TIRED!! My feet ache like crazy! I've been walking around the shopping mall doing surveys for more than 3 hrs. Imagine you walking around the same area over and over again for hrs, you'll definitely be bored to death! I've finally realised how difficult it was to ask people to do surveys for you. It's so hard to find someone who's kind and free enough to do the survey for you. Anyway I still have 2 more days to tahan this torture b4 going back to BSU, so hopefully I can reach my daily quota in the next 2 days so I don't have to go back on Sun! :)

Anyway I took a few pics with JiaJia yesterday, using her camera as we were super duper bored in BSU room! :)

FAREWELL, MELISSA!! ALL THE BEST IN YOUR STUDIES & GOLF CAREER!

This morning, I went to the airport along with Maine, Elaine, Leo and Emily to send Melissa off. I woke up as early as 6am just to catch the train and I had to sit for 26 stops before I finally arrived at Changi Airport! It was a really long journey from West to East!! At first I thought I'll be the latest to arrive, in the end Elaine & Emily were even later than me!! :) We went to the viewing gallery to add some touchups to the collage b4 we proceeded to meet Mel at the Check In Area. It've been quite some time since I last came to the Airport as it've been almost 4 yrs since I last boarded a plane! We ended up standing in the middle of the airport, taking pics and chatting with Mel while waiting for her departure time to arrive. When it was her time to enter, we had mixed feelings and we didn't know what to say. So in the end, we just watched her walked away to the departure area with her parents. Anyway on a happier note, she'll be back in Dec for winter break so we can get to see her again!! Below are the pics taken in airport earlier in the morning:

HELLO EVERYONE!! for the past few weeks, it've been pretty slacking for me! but I really should treasure the days in BSU before my torturing days in classical and semester 2 going to begin! last tues (10th July), went to celebrate Yasser's b'dae at Fish & Co.'s Glass House together with BM0612. it've been quite some time since the class met up for an event! :) even though not everyone in the class turned up, but overall we had loads of fun! :) yesterday (17th July), we celebrate Jean's b'dae over in sch's Macs canteen.

these days I haven't been updating much in here. I seems to be getting bored over blogging. looking back, I've been blogging for more than 5 years already ever since I was in Sec 1. maybe sooner or later, I may just closed down my blog and go back to my diary-writing. :) life evolved around me has been getting from bored to more bored! earlier in the evening, Mom asked me whether I'm interested to go to JB for shopping. didn't know why these days, I get tired and sleepy very easily. so in the end I turned down the offer. however most probably I'll be accompanying my mom for shopping in town after my work, since it've been quite some time since we last went shopping tgt! :)
i finally found out that Felicia Chin has the same liking as I do! Both of us love Pandas!! XiaoJuan told me that she saw many pics of Panda on her blog. the pics are so adorable, mostly are being drawn by her fans! you can see different kinds of Panda over in her blog.

it've been ages since i last updated my blog, so long that even some people are complaining to me! :P for the past 2 weeks, the life in BSU was so BORING! i practically was rotting every min in sch. the mystery shopping has yet to start and so we've yet to get busy. next week onwards, i'll be busy dealing with it. last night, i met up with JiaHui and Maine for dinner at Marina Square. i'd rather go to Marina as compared to Orchard and Bugis nowadays. as the 3 of us are seriously broke, we decided to go for Foodcourt's food rather than restaurants' food.

today was my first day at BSU. i seriously had no idea where to report at the beginning of the day; in the end i entered the wrong room even before i realised i went to the wrong team. :P the whole day was filled with talks and more talks! during the talks, i almost wanted to doze off! Parvin and i were counting how many times did we yawn in total by the end of the 1 hr talk. i resorted to playing bingo with my friends in order to keep myself awake! i've to attend a total of 10 workshops by the end of the week. hopefully my days at BSU will be fun-filled! during lunch, went back to CSC along with my friends to see the supervisors but unfortunately they weren't there to entertain us! :)
yesterday night, i was busy watching {Heroes} which was highly recommended by PeiFen and my elder brother. its story plot was totally different from Ugly Betty. just yesterday alone, i've watched 3 episodes at one go! right now i'm so addicted to english shows! if you've any recommendations on any english shows, do let me know, k? thanks so much! :)

last thurs {14th Jun} - i went out with the girls and Arwin for dinner at Suntec. we had a good long chat over dinner. we happened to see XiaXue at the Suntec Fountain. i was surprised to see her when she and her boyfriend walked past me.
the next day, went out with the CSC friends to Marina South to eat steamboat. i dislike eating steamboat most! by the time i've reached home, i smelt of soot! shall upload the pics once Mandy has sent the pics!

these few days have been pretty hectic for me at work! on sun night, i was busy preparing for my TEP and Personal Selling reports till 3 plus in the morning! the next morning, i really look like a Panda! ytd i took leave in the afternoon to collect my 'O' levels cert at MOE. the weather was so scorching hot man!!! afterwhich i went and met up with Germaine at Bugis in search for her Windows XP software. guess what? in the end we bought the wrong software after walking up and down Sim Lim Square for hrs!! the angriest part is that she can't exchange for another software even though the packaging is not tampered!
today was super hectic while at work. Joanne was on leave so i ended up doing her reports which taken up my whole morning! fortunately Ee Chin was able to help me with the attendance otherwise i'll be stuck with more work the whole day! anyway there's only 3 more days left b4 i goes for BSU. even though i'm looking forward to the next stopover but i'm going to miss the people in CSC, the laughter and fun i had for the past 9 weeks!
i've been spending the past 3 days, getting addicted to watching Ugly Betty! i've watched 16 episodes within 3 days, still have 8 more to go! LOVE THIS SHOW TRUCKLOADS MAN!!

ytd evening, went out with Maine, JiaHui and ShiJun to Bugis. i actually want to get myself a bag for schooling cos my current one is tearing apart! in the end, i couldn't find a suitable one despite walking around Bugis Street for almost an hr. instead of getting a bag, we bought rings, necklaces and earrings for ourselves. JieJie and ShiJun were acting taitais while Maine and i are poor folks. we had dinner at Mos Burger. it was my first time dining at Mos Burger! sound pathetic, rite? cos someone used to tell me that the food portions given in Mos Burger are very small and not worth the price you pay for. anyway i tried the seafood rice burger which was being highly recommended by JieJie! took several pics but mostly in ShiJun's phone, hope she'll upload them asap! :)

early in the morning, went to the park opp my hse for morning run, saw this particular woman sitting at one of the bench staring at her long hair the whole time, she seems to have mental problems as she kept muttering things to herself! spent rest of the morning, mapling and updating the songs in my MP3. i was reading through my past blog entries which started all the way in the June '05, i realised that i've experienced lots of things and met quite a no. of ppl which make an impact in my life. i need to cherish what i have now or i'll regret later. i really miss the times during Crescent as well as my first year in NYP! hope my friendship with my beloved friends will last forever! :)

FINALLY i can stay at home to rest for 1 whole day without going to sch! :) but i'll be meeting up with the girls for shopping in the afternoon. sigh!! i'm desperate for money now and i've lots of things to buy! :'(
this morning, went for BSU Handover Briefing with the CSC ppl. i've gotten posted to BSU Team 1 which has to do with client projects. hope that my job will be not as stressing as what i'm facing in CSC! the workload in CSC has been increasing rapidly since 2 weeks ago!! fortunately i still have 1 week to go before i finally leave CSC! i wonder how the next batch of CSC Inbound team going to face this heavy workload! wish them all the best man! :) anyway i'll be in the same team in BSU with YunHan, JiaJia and ShiLong. YunHan was pretty upset that she ended up with ____ but i hope everything will be successful during my TEP in BSU. i'm going to tahan till the end just lyk what i've did in CSC! :)

today is VESAK DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY!! but it's just lyk any Sunday to me as i've to mug for my upcoming accts exams which is going to be on this coming tues. i dread for it to come!! how i wish tues will come and go by the wink of an eye! :) anyway i'll be on a mini-haitus till tues so that i can revise last min for the exam! i didn't go to sch today as i reported sick again! fallen sick twice in a row in the month of May. sigh! i should really take care of myself more instead of falling sick all the time. :P in the morning, went and visit the same old doc who plays with stocks all the time. i waited for exactly an hr before my consultation even though there's only 1 patient in front of me! i'll definitely not recommend any of my friends to visit that clinic if need arises! it was such a waste of time to be kept waiting especially when the doctor was doing his own things! after the visit to doc, went to supermarket to get oranges as instructed by my mom. when reached home, ate my breakfast followed by watching Hikaru No Go on Veoh (which is a video-sharing website just lyk Youtube) and mapling. spent my whole afternoon sleeping away. so this is how my day goes for you! UTIMATELY BORING RITE? I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK TO SCH TMR ALREADY! :)

a brand new week has arrived but i'm not looking forward to it at all! :( i had been feeling sick ever since last fri. running a high fever since fri night but i still had to force myself to go to work on Sat morning. i shld count myself lucky for not fainting at my workplace. i've to keep gulping down cups and cups of water so as to keep my fever down. by the time i reached home from work, i immediately lie on my bed straight after i've changed and woke up when it was time for dinner.
today went to sch half-heartedly as i was thinking of getting a MC and stay at home to have a good rest. but the min when i thought of handling 4 hotlines tgt with my inbound teammates, i've to go if not, both Ee Chin & Joanne will be going to be very busy! in the morning, Ms Yik told us we had to handle the NYP Interest Free Laptop Loan hotline as well even though both of the BI students had left last fri. not only that, she even reshuffled our seating arrangements by exchanging Joanne and Ee Chin's seats! anyway by doing so, will not be making a difference with our handling of calls as we'll still be running ard the workstations like crazy. right now i just pray and hope that these 3 weeks will be long gone and the next stopover will be much better!

tues (22th May) - went for dinner at Cineleisure's HK cafe with CSC people including Jun Kai as well. at first i was quite reluctant to go but in the end i realised that there's only 3 more weeks left for our stopover 1. so i must make full use of the remaining time to interact with them! :) had loads of laughter and chatter over the dinner. happened to see 2 Mediacorp male artistes who had their dinner there as well. i found that they didn't seem to have any fame as everyone in the cafe was not surprised to see them... something embarrassing happened to me while we were taking the lift down aft dinner. firstly i've to describe the interior of the lift which is in the colour of grey due the Pirates' advert. one of my CSC friends happen to go b4 me and was leaning against the wall when i entered. he was dressed in grey as well. so being such a blur sotong, i went in without noticing his presence and accidentally stepped on his shoes! his reaction was so hilarious man! he reacted only aft i apologised to him! :D the ppl in life were bursting in laughter by his reaction! SORRY, CALVEN FOR STEPPING ON YOUR POOR FEET!! :)
walked all the way to Dhoby Ghaut station where the rest of them play arcade games b4 we headed home in different directions. even though we didn't spend much time tgt but we had loads of fun. hopefully the next outing will be as fun as this or even better! :)

last fri (18 May) - went for Melissa's BBQ farewell party at Leo's place. met up with the girls at Bugis Junction after my TEP. had window-shopping while waiting for Kah Wee to make his way to meet us. we met Mel at the mall! so happy to see her once again!! i used to call her Casper even though i've no idea why i gave her this nick. :P unfortunately didn't have the chance to take pic with her. i'm going to miss her loads when she leave for Texas in late July. hopefully we can watch Pirates 3 tgt b4 she goes! :) Leo's condo was fanbulous!! love the pool and the jacuzzi, the girls and i had a fun time wading at the pool! :) the bbq was alright but just that the food was limited. i've finally had my first drink - Vodka Pear. i didn't dare to drink much in case i couldn't make it home. only had 2 sips from HuiTing's cup. on my way home, kept bumping onto passers-by. found myself uttering nonsense on the train, saying lame stuff that elaine and mel just can't stand me! hahahaha!! sorry, gals! i didn't mean it! :)

went for movie @ GV Yishun with Liyana ytd. we watched our very first Korean movie <200 Pounds Beauty> which i guessed most of you had already watched it. :P we rushed all the way right after our TEP. we managed to get the tickets by 6! :) the movie was average even though it was quite touching towards the end of the movie.
last sat (12 Sat): went to Grandma's hse aft my work for Mother's Day celebration. the min i entered the hse, i was being pulled to take pics with my cousins. i didn't even have time to put my bag down. my Grandma was so hyper that day, kept insisting that i've to finish all the food b4 i go. Do i look lyk a rubbish bin to her? hahahah! anyway i didn't eat much as i just had my lunch aft my work. head for shopping with my mom aft the visit. my mom wanted to buy me a Braun Baffel wallet as my belated b'dae gift but i've got myself a Ripcurl wallet a few wks ago. in the end she bought me a Minnie Mouse Gold pendant. :) THANKS MOM!!

i lost sleep last night. had a hard time breathing while lying on the bed so i've to end up sitting up to sleep! i wanted to use my inhaler but i realised that i've accidentally thrown it away during spring cleaning last Dec!! i was coughing all night long that my mom had to come in to see what happen to me. so i spent the rest of the night, reading my storybook rather than trying to force myself to slp. i called the CSC first thing in the morning to inform Ee Chin that i'll be on MC b4 i headed to see a doc. i've to wait a long long time b4 it's my turn even though there's only 3 patients in front of me! the nurse was pretty pissed off with the doc becos the doc was checking his stocks! i've been wanting to change my family doc but i'm used to going to his clinic every time i fall sick. somemore he noe my health history and which ailments to cure my sickness. this time, i've lose appetite in food as normally i'll not say 'No' to any food temptation! i've been eating porridge for the past 2 days and i'm falling in love with porridge already!
i went to sch at 2 to celebrate Germaine and I's b'dae even though i was not supposed to be in sch but i was being ordered to turn up for it! i didn't stay long in sch cos i'm really dead tired and sickly to go anywhere but home! i was so drowsy aft taking my medication that i didn't even have appetite to eat the lovely choc cake which they bought for Germaine and i!!! fortunately JieJie managed to help me finish my slice!! THANKS JIEJIE!! i've finally gotten my Ayumi BEST 2 albums, all thanks to my ex-classmates!!! i'd lyk to thank each and everyone of you from BM0612 for making the effort to turn up for today's celebration!!! that's really sweet of you to organise this for Germaine and I!! 1st May ~ Labour Day: i had my b'dae celebration at HuiQi's hse! i was supposed to reach there by 10am but i only managed to reach there at 11! :P when i was on my way to her hse, Joyceline msged me that Charlene was still slping lyk a pig!! i tot she'll be extremely late so i took my time to walk in. by the time i reached her hse, i was standing outside the gate for so long, pressing the doorbell but no one answered except for Jupi who kept barking right in front of me!! i waited for almost 5 mins b4 HuiQi finally opened the gate for me! when i entered the living room, i found something awkward but i just couldn't figure that out! HuiQi told me that her sis, Stephanie was still slping on the couch and i've to wake her up! i wondered why will she want to slp on the couch rather than on her bed? so i didn't bothered to do so and went up to HuiQi's rm to put my stuff. just as i was abt to go down to the living rm, i was surprised by the singing of b'dae song by Joyceline, ShanShan, Charlene and HuiQi!! i was SHOCKED man!! i didn't expect them to surprise me with a cake!

~ i've a hard time trying to figure what is written on the cake! i still have to figure out first b4 i was allowed to blow the candles!

i spent the time aft my lunch at my workstation earlier on in sch, blog-hopping! reading practically everyone's blog i noe of. i stumbled onto WanXian's blog and read that she misses Crescent people and frm others' blogs as well!! ME TOO!! i miss Crescent truckloads man!! (: i miss the fun and craziness we used to have during our 4 years tgt even though i don't noe everyone very well as i'm pretty quiet in sch. i simply miss the all girls' sch excitement!!! ever since i've stepped into poly, i've encountered loads of things which i'd not have experienced in Crescent. in the times during Crescent, i miss the loud greetings which fellow Cresentians always gave each other when they see each other in the morning. they'll shout each other's names as though the entire sch compound can hear and they will hug each other! now in poly if anyone ever do that in poly, others may think these ppl are crazy! i still remb that everyone's birthday will be celebrated by singing a Crescent style b'dae song to her! this is being passed down year by year frm the seniors to the juniors. usually during recess, i'll always hear Crescentians singing Crescent style b'dae song to the b'dae girl in the sch canteen. SIGH!! :o( time really flies man, right now i'm already in Year 2 while most of my classmates frm Crescent are already in their Year 2 in JC, facing their major exams in months to come! in next yr, they'll be enrolling in their dream local Universities or even going abroad for further studies! till then, i'll lost contact with most of them. 20th Apr(Fri) - Celebrated Charlene's 18th B'dae at Dhoby Ghaut's Fish & Co with HuiQi & Joyceline. ShanShan wasn't able to make for the dinner as she wasn't feeling well. We had a great time having dinner at Fish & Co. the food was fanbulous, the best i've ever ate especially their specialty dish, Fish n Chips! i'll definitely make another trip there in no time!! the four of us were busy taking pics of one another that we didn't even realised the waiter was standing beside us, waiting for us to stop taking pics!! OOPS!! :D we really didn't mean to let her wait intentionally! anyway the food and service over there were fantastic! just as we are digging eagerly into our long-awaited food, we overheard the neighbouring table's ppl are having a mini b'dae party. the birthday guy was being told by the manager to stand on the chair, wearing this really funny hat! if i was him, i'll definitely dig a hold immediately and hide myself in there!! everyone in the restaurant were singing b'dae song for the 'unlucky' b'dae guy!! he'll definitely remb this day forever! Charlie's grandpa and parents gave her a Forever Friends cushion which she seems to love it! she couldn't wait to see her present that she rip apart the wrapper in the middle of our meal! Glad that she's happy with what we've given her! i was still worried at the beginning that she won't lyk it! we stayed at the restaurant till 9 b4 HuiQi had to make a move! but the 3 of us still thought that the night was still early so we started camwhoring outside the restaurant! as usual being the bad photograhers, 3 of us had a real hard time taking pics!! in the end, our Charlie thought of a innovative idea of posing the camera!! ~shall not mention over here! :)
talking back to sch's TEP: life has been going monotonously ever since sch started! last week, i was busy with Club Crawl event even though i've to handle my TEP workload at the same time! but fortunately i managed to survive though the week! today i've to go for CSC Blood Donation Roadshow in the middle of the day, luckily i managed to finish my work in the morning! alright i'll update more till the next time!! cya everybody!!

anyway i've finally got a new CPU so i get to have a pc all by myself!! YIPPEE! :o)
sch term had officially started today even though last wed to fri, i've to go back to sch for training! i'll be having TEP for this semester. this semester will include 2 stopovers(18 wks in total!), 4 weeks of study and 4 weeks of break. my 1st stopover is to work at the sch's Customer Service Call Center! i'll be in charge of handling phone calls on behalf of Singapore Sports Council; dealing with daily and monthly attendance and Quality Control of phone calls! in other words, i'm overloaded with loads to tasks to be done b4 the end of the day! today i've to rush everything lyk a madwoman, hopefully by the end of the week, i'll be able to handle all the tasks smoothly! :)

IT'VE BEEN A DAMN LONG TIME SINCE I LAST UPDATE MY BLOG!!! ACHOO!! there's such a THICK layer of dust covering my blog! :D SIGH! these days i was pretty busy. at the beginning i was busy mugging for the semestral exams and before i could finally take a good rest, my mom actually booted me off to work as an Accounts Trainee. today is the 2nd week when i've started working. at the beginning, it was so boring entering company debtors' records on an Excel spreadsheet. but as the week goes by, i finally get to know how to access MYOB which is an Accounting software. :) it's not that boring as i thought of!

i FINALLY have the chance to blog aft sch had reopened!!! i'm using my brother's laptop without his permission, hope that he won't forbid me to use in the future. time seems to be racing through for the past 2 weeks. my life was filled with ICAs and pending projects to be done within weeks!!! projects themselves can really suck blood out of my life man!! i do;'nt noe why projects are SO IMPORTANT as compared to exams!! i find them very useless!!

for the past 2 days, i've been going home late! on thurs, i went out with Germaine & JieJie for dinner @ P.S. had BK with them! :) we chatted and laughed lyk crazy for almost 3 hrs at BK!

yesterday, i went back to sch to rehearse Macroecons with my grp members. i feel that my image will definitely be shattered aft Wed!!! i bet that aft Wed, i'd have to live my rest of my life with a paper bag over my head! :'( aftwhich went to Toa Payoh Hub with my mkting grp to take pics of Coca Cola, the weather is SO HOT that i can feel myself MELTING AWAY!!! met up with Germaine and ShiJun at Toa Payoh's BK b4 we headed for shopping. met up with Mike and Arwin b4 looking for JieJie's birthday present. we really had a hard time finding one for JieJie, finally we managed to get hers at Far East! :) GUESS WHO DID I MET IN TOWN? MR NG MENG HENG!!! i'll always remb this teacher who kept calling me XUE XIN!! i really dislike ppl calling that cos they either can't differentiate "Y" or "X" or just noe nuts abt hanyu pinyin! anyway i was queuing up at the atm machine when i suddenly realised that he was standing right in front of me! shijun left at ard 7 to attend a friend's party while the rest of us headed over to Mike's place for dinner.

personally i hope that 2007 will be a smooth year for me just lyk 2006. i'm pretty satisfied with how i've spent my 2006. time seems to have flown really fast in '06 that just in a wink of eye, we're welcoming the start of '07! WHOA!! this year i'm going to be celebrating my 18th birthday which means i'm legal enough to watch M18 movies, drink booze and drive!! but that do not means i'll start doing all those the min i turn 18 especialy for booze! i know drinking acoholic drinks too much is strictly bad for health. :) being 18 also means that i'll be more matured than the previous year!

I'VE FINALLY FOUND AN AYUMI FEATURED SKIN WHICH I LOVE!!! :)

i actually stumbled onto it when i was surfing through blogskins.com. i'm so satisfied with the layout and most importantly the pics of Ayumi are so gorgeous! :) i was planning to spend the whole day mapling with Joyceline and HuiQi instead of going to town. but in the end the game was under maintenence all the way till 5 before it was ready. in the end i didnt even bothered to play cos it sure going to be very lag. i was reading at the players complaining abt the loss of their items in AsiaSoft MapleSea forum, i wondered if i was in their shoes, will i feel angry or sad? i feel that it'll be a mixture of both. feeling angry becos the person-in-charge wasn't doing anything to solve the problem; feeling sad becos the lost items were unable to be claimed back.

yesterday went out with Germaine and JiaHui to Marina Square for dinner after their haircut. met them after my facial with Aunt Christina who gave me a box of choc cookies for x'mas present. they were delicious as though being bought from Famous Amos. we had dinner at Marina Walk's LJS. 3 of us had a hard time trying to get Elaine's present. in the end we bought a few here and there. but hopefully we can get hers ready b4 sch reopens. we were in this particular shop where JiaHui and i heard a song frm P.C.D and we kept wondering what's the title of it. at first i tot it was "Buttons" but JiaHui said it's wrong. in the end i went and asked the salesgirl in that shop for the title of the song. but she herself didn't know as well. i was so pissed with myself cos the title of that song just slipped off my mind! finally when we stepped out of that shop, I FINALLY REMEMBERED IT WAS "BEEP" feat. Will.I.Am!!! HAHAHA!!! we went to Pan Pacific hotel as JiaHui wanted to take us on an elevator ride. OH GOSH! i've a phobia of height and i was practically trembling throughout the whole ride. but when the elevator was going down, it wasn't so bad as b4. :) but I FORGOT TO TAKE PICS OF THE SCENERY!! sigh! next time then! :)

this morning, my mom and i went to Bedok to have breakfast tgt! :) i woke up at ard 7.30 so that we can reach the Bedok hawker centre b4 all the food are being sold! we had carrot cake, pink kuehs, chee chong fang and soya bean milk. by the time we finished everything, my stomach was so FULL! :) we went and walked ard the neighbourhood including Sheng Siong and the wet market. afterwhich we walked to the place where i used to study in PAP Kindergarten. my mom helped me took some pics b4 we walked back to Bedok Central. we went to the Lib as my mom nid to borrow Hong Kong travel guides. it's always so fun to went back to the place where you've spent ur childhood memories! :)

yesterday afternoon, i went out with Xuan Li to Sim Lim Square as she wanted to get an Ipod. but in the end, even though Xuan Li didn't get her Ipod, it's still alright. Xuan Li, you can always find a better and cheaper Ipod in no time, don't worry! :)

afterwhich, i went to B.K to meet up with Germaine and JiaHui. it've been such a long time since we last went shopping tgt. i'll always remember the days when we always headed to Marina Square, Suntec City & Esplanade. we chatted for almost an hr at B.K while i had my lunch. i bit on my lips so hard while i was eating my fish burger that it was bleeding badly and according to JiaHui and Germaine, it looked disgusting. ltr JiaHui told us that once she bit hard onto a metal spoon that her jaws were so sore that she couldn't dare to eat anything for the rest of the day! we went to Bugis Village as JiaHui wants to get a new backpack. in the end she managed to get a very cool-looking brown DC brand backpack which looks very nice on her! :) afterwhich we headed to National Lib as i nid to help my mom return lib book. we went to the 11th floor of the lib and the scenery overlooking Esplanade, Marina Square and even National Stadium was fantastic! we even got to see the DHL air balloon going up into the sky! :)

we walked all the way frm National Library to Suntec to have our dinner. on our way there, guess who did we meet? Lee Wei Song who's one of the judges in Project Superstar. oh gosh! He was so tall, at least 1.7m! anyway we had lunch at the foodcourt at Suntec b4 heading over to Esplanade and Merlion. we even went to Lau Pat Sat to have desserts. by the time we finished, it was already 11.30!! i actually missed the last bus home so i ended up taking MRT train. the thought of catching the last train is as though a marathon to me! i've to take a train from Chinatown to Outram and changed to the East-West line. i was practically running as the last train heading to Boon Lay was due in 1 min's time. i was so relieved when i finally got onto the train. then i started to wonder whether i'll be able to catch the North-South line back to CCK. i was thinking i'll definitely nid to take a cab back home frm Jurong. but to my surprise, the last train to Ang Mo Kio was waiting when my train entered Jurong East station!!! i was so relieved, knowing that i dont have to spend a single buck on taxi fare! :) by the time i reached home, it was already 12.3oam! what a day for me!

this wet weather is going to continue till FRIDAY!!! it has been raining on and off since Sun!!! actually i was supposed to be going to Sim Lim Square with Xuan Li but it was postponed due to the horrid weather. so i ended up spending my day at home youtubing! i managed to catch a video clip on Ayumi Hamasaki who made her debut on CNN Talk Asia 2006.12.08! In her interview with Atika Shubert, Ayu talked about her latest album "Secret" and well as what she thinks made her a successful singer in Japan. To my surprise, Ayu actually spoke in English in her interview!

TERM BREAK HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!!! :)

i can finally laze around at home all day long without stressing myself with hws, ICAs and projects. Eng 'O' levels, LCCI accts exam and ICAs were finally over and i can enjoy myself thoroughly during the 2 weeks of hols! :)

last fri, joyceline & i went to HuiQi's hse to spend our afternoon. it've been ages since i last met up with them! miss them loads! HuiQi's dog is so so ADORABLE!!! she's in black and white and totally looks lyk a Panda bear! :) we were chatting and mapling in the afternoon. the oreo smoothies which HuiQi made for joyceline and i were DELICIOUS! we stayed till 6 plus b4 i nid to head over to Doby Ghaut to meet up with Xuan Li, Parvin & Liyana. once a Late Queen, always a Late Queen! i was late by 45 mins and i almost got slaughtered by the 3 of them! I'M SO TERRIBLY SORRY!!! we had dinner at LJS and went for window-shopping at P.S. by the time i reached home, it was 11.30pm!

right now i'm using my 2nd bro's lappie as my desktop is down. my eldest bro refused to fork out$ to buy a CPU as he has a laptop for himself! what a selfish person!! so now i've to save up to get myself either a laptop or a desktop b4 April next yr as i hope i can get it during the sch IT fair! :)

yesterday i posted a post on my blog but it disappeared!! i'm not going to waste my time repeating what i've written.
today was Eff Oral's ICA 2. IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER FOR ME! i just hope that i can get at least a C this time round. :'( sad things shouldn't be kept in mind for long so i shall forget this for the time being and enjoy the 2 weeks' term break! :) always look on bright side of life!
Parvin, Liyana, Xuan Li and i skipped Mkting tutorial just to watch {The Holiday} at Junction 8. i've made the right choice to watch this show cos it's a must-watch show featuring Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law {he's so GORGEOUS!!} and Jack Black as well.

MY COMPUTER IS DOWN!!! I CAN'T PLAY MAPLE ANYMORE!!! :'(

I'm super duper down these days! no access to Internet, Maplestory and ICAs definitely stressed me out! for the past 2 days, i was mugging as though there was no tomorrow in the sch lib with JiaHui. the first day was mugging for macroecons and it was alright cos there's only 5 short lectures to revise. but the 2nd day was a killer for me! IT WAS MARKETING!!! there were tons of definitions and key-terms which i've to stuff in my head in one day! i feel lyk cutting open the top of my head and stuff the lecture notes all inside to save me the trouble! today i was supposed to hand in my Eff Oral's ICA 2's speech draft but i was too busy mugging for mkting that i didn't have time for research. my com was down as the cpu was spoilt! in the end today's lesson, i've to anyhow do the draft in order to get my ICA 1 results. i've predicted that i'm going to get a C but to my surprise, i managed to get a B!! i was shocked for words!!! i remembered the other time Ms Anne told me that my language was atrocious so was my speech. i've to admit my command of english words is very limited but at least i made the effort to do the speech! anyway i'm more than happy with my results and i hope i'll score better for the upcoming informative speech as well! :) k, i better get going, i'm freezing up in the sch's free access lab and i'll become a polar bear anytime! cya, people! i'll not be blogging as often as i used to but i'll update as possible as i can! :)

i decided to have an Ayumi blogskin featuring her upcoming album, {Secret} which will be in stores by 29th Nov. :) i'm going to buy her album when it hits the music stores! the pic is not being aligned to the middle and i've no idea how to move it to to the middle.
anyway yesterday was my Eff Oral's ICA. i was supposed to give a narrative speech and i screwed everything up! Ms Anne said that my speech language was atrocious! i've to admit that that piece of work was done at the very last min so i wasn't well prepared for the speech. i'll have to work even harder for the 2 upcoming speeches. i dislike presenting speeches in front of audience, it gives me creeps and butterflies in my stomach. yesterday i was so nervous that i've stomach cramp after my speech! i was totally freaked out!! but anyway it's FINALLY over!!
my clique and i decided to wear our sec sch uniforms to sch on Monday!! i'm so looking forward to that day, provided that i can squeeze inside my sch skirt!! :) imagine all of us wearing different uniforms, everyone must have been thinking that we're crazy!! :)
just now in the morning, jiahui and i went over to the new town, Zipangu. we went for bathhouse and there was a portal where there was fire slimes! i almost died if Jiahui didn't come and rescue me! thanks, jiejie!! :) i love the place over there! feel as though we were in Mt Fuji! :)

i feel so ZOMBIFIED right now!! i only slept ard 4 hrs last night cos i was youtubing, mapling and writing my speech at the same time. however i only managed to finish my speech halfway through. no matter i've finished writing, rehearsing, memorising my speech by tonight otherwise i'll be doomed for tmr's ICA.

i haven't have the mood to blog these days. i was writing in my {covered by layers of dust} diary yesterday abt what happened on Sat during work. sometimes i'll have the idea of quitting the job and leaving her to do everything by herself. i really dislike the way she treat me. i can't imagine my colleague can tolerate with her for 8 yrs! sigh! but if i quit this job, i'll have no income and i definitely will not want to work as a salesgirl or cashier. that kind of job really bores me!!
LCCI exam is in 10 days' time and frankly speaking, i'm NOT prepared yet! imagine me staring at the exam script with NOTHING in my head, really freak me out!! i dare not tell my mom that i'm unprepared for this exam or she'll definitely slaughter me for this!
i'll be leaving this blog stagnant for the time being till everything is back on track. i just hope that the mosquitos will not come and breed on my blog! :) cya, ppl!

3 MORE DAYS TO ENGLISH 'O's!!

right now i'm supposed to be sitting at my table mugging hard for my Os but i'm actually blogging and mapling at the same time! anyway i'm going to study right away after i finished posting this entry! :) i just found out that there's some problem with my tagboard which means that i can't see any comments left by you ppl!! :'( i hope the problem will be solved asap! i was reading Elaine's blog and she was blaming herself for the cancellation of the trip to Mind Cafe. "Elaine, don't worry! we'll go the next time when everyone is free!! the cafe will be standing there waiting for our arrival!" :)
on fri, went for retail therapy with Germaine in town. i was late as usual due the stupid traffic jam at Stevens Rd. GUESS WHAT! even though we walked the entire Orchard Rd, WE DIDN'T MANAGED TO BUY ANYTHING!! :'( we saw so many things which we are so tempted to buy but they are so EXPENSIVE!! i saw this particular Topshop's leather handbag and it costs a WHOPPING $213!!! if i buy that, my wallet going to have a gigantic burnt hole!! there were also $23 Nike wallet, $39 Fila handbag, $149 Ripcurl watch and the list goes on! we even went to the Singtel shop to look at handphones as i'm going to get a new mobile phone and contract at the end of the yr. right now on my top 3 hp list: Motorola L6, Sony Ecrisson W700i and Samsung Z400. i think i most likely will get the Motorola phone becos it has no charges!
alright! i'll have to go now otherwise i'll never get my revision done! CYA!!

Minds Cafe Trip is CANCELLED!!

at first i thought many ppl will be turning up but in the end they are either too lazy to get out of the house or they've to work! sigh! anyway we can always go there next time! i just hope that the next time we go there, more ppl will be able to make it. :)
to those who love GOONG: GO CATCH GOONG SPECIAL 1.5!!! it's a must-watch show!! you can go watch it on YouTube! i love yun eun hye & ju ji hoon, both of them look good together in the show! hope i wish they can be couple in real life! :) that'll be a perfect match!
